Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are available for services or packages purchased directly from Jessira Glow Studio, provided that concerns are reported within 7 days of service or purchase.
- If you are not fully satisfied with the results of a treatment, please let our team know as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
- Gift certificates and promotional packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear after approval.
- Jessira Glow Studio reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside our policy or show evidence of misuse.
